Because we sell items such as lotions, creams, beard oils or any other item that you can put on or in your body we can NOT accept those products back once they have been opened and/or used. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and customers alike.Non-Consumable Items
These items that are mechanical in nature BUT are not limited to just mechanical items. These items CAN be returned as long as they are unopened, still in their original packaging and shipping box.Damaged Items
If a product is damaged upon arrival we will happily replace the item free of charge. If you wish to return the item for a full refund then you will have to return the item in its original packaging and shipping box.Exchanges
If you have a product that is damaged or you are simply not happy with it and you would like to exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value simply send us an email at email@example.com. Please give us your full name, date of purchase, item(s) purchased, the amount spent and reason as to why you want to exchange your item(s). Someone with our customer service team will email you with instructions on how to replace your item within 24 hours.Return Fees
All return fees will be paid for by the customer after Redefined Grooming has received the item(s) back. The return shipping fee will be taken out of the refunded amount once processed.How do I start a return?
Before you start a return, it must be approved by our returns department. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let us know what happened. Don't forget to give us your name, item(s) purchased and amount spent. We will email you back with an approval for the return (if applicable) and with instructions on how to return the product.
If we do not approve of the return we will email you back along with an explanation as to why your return is not approved.
